About the Role
The Ready-to-Drink Iced Tea (RTDT) Category and Innovation Hub Director serves as the visionary architect for the future of our RTDT portfolio. This role exists to challenge the traditional definition of the category, reimagining how it satisfies consumer needs to drive step-change performance in penetration, volume, and profit.
You will lead the development of a 3-to-5-year Joint Venture Category Vision, identifying unique growth drivers and white spaces where we hold a strong right to win. Beyond strategy, you will spearhead the creation of breakthrough innovation platforms for our priority brands, Pure Leaf and Lipton. Your mission is to navigate markets at all stages of development—from seed to mature—leveraging deep consumer insights, data analytics, and technological advancements to deliver significant growth at scale.
In this position, you will act as a catalyst for change, defining the "How to Win" strategies and investment required to activate the category vision. You will partner with franchise partners, retailers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that local nuances are integrated into global strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration that prioritizes shelf-back wins and system-wide success.
