As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise to serve as the primary contact for customers within the Northwest Arkansas territory, including Fayetteville. This field-based role is designed to deliver seamless, patient-focused solutions by collaborating closely with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and field colleagues.
In this position, you will develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of specialty healthcare customers, including cardiologists, other approved specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers. You will regularly engage with various healthcare settings, such as physicians' offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics, to effectively execute your responsibilities and align customer needs with company products.
This is a field-based role responsible for covering the Northwest Arkansas territory. While the specific days may vary, the role requires on-site presence to support client meetings and ensure comprehensive territory coverage. Overnight travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time. Candidates must reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories (or 75 miles for non-metro territories); relocation at the candidate's expense may be required if outside these distances.
