As an Account Support Manager - Technology, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to healthcare members, helping them navigate complex supply chain services. Your mission is to transform the healthcare industry by enabling critical thinkers to make a tangible impact on the health of a nation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Premier's innovative solutions and the operational goals of health systems, ensuring members maximize value through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
You will spend your days collaborating with account teams to understand member strategies, developing outcome improvement plans, and driving contract penetration through analytics. From coaching members on the value of Premier contracts to managing strategic supplier relationships, you will be at the forefront of growing the business while ensuring smooth operations between the company and its members. This position offers the freedom to lead problem resolution, present at industry conferences, and participate in cross-functional teams to innovate how customer value is delivered.
