About the Team

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is a global organization of experts dedicated to helping customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work collaboratively with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings designed to help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, while also delivering focused guidance through global specialty practices covering a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

AWS values diverse experiences and fosters an inclusive team culture where employee-led affinity groups empower us to be proud of our differences. We encourage candidates with non-traditional paths or alternative experiences to apply. Our culture is built on a nature to learn and be curious, supported by ongoing events and learning experiences that embrace our uniqueness.

We strive to be Earth's Best Employer by offering endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and career-advancing resources. We value work-life harmony, believing that achieving success at work should never come at the expense of sacrifices at home, and we strive for flexibility as part of our working culture.

About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. Your day-to-day involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. You will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

This position requires the candidate to be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The role is not remote; you are expected to work from one of the designated locations (Denver, Arlington, Herndon, or Seattle) or customer sites at least one day per week, and be in the office or with customers as needed.

Hiring Process

The application deadline for this position is May 20, 2026. If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit the Amazon Jobs accommodations page for more information.
