The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is a global organization of experts dedicated to helping customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings designed to help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, while also delivering focused guidance through global specialty practices that cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, working closely with them to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the entire project lifecycle.

In this role, you will possess a deep understanding of AWS products and services, proficiently architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. Your responsibilities include leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. Additionally, you will share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

This position is part of a specialized team serving government agencies. It requires the candidate to currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. After starting, the selected candidate must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Work Location

This is not a remote position. You are expected to work from one of the designated locations (Denver, Arlington, Herndon, or Seattle) or customer sites at least one day per week. You will be required to be in the office or with customers as needed to fulfill your duties.
