About the Team

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is a global organization of experts dedicated to helping customers realize their desired business outcomes on the AWS Cloud. We work collaboratively with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings designed to help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, while also delivering focused guidance through global specialty practices that cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer.

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, assessing current infrastructure, and proposing effective migration strategies. You will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and is based in one of our designated locations (Denver, Arlington, Herndon, or Seattle) or customer sites, with an expectation to work onsite at least one day per week.
