About the Role

As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary client advocate within the Customer Care Group. In this fast-paced environment, your mission is to ensure client satisfaction by taking ownership of tasks and delivering accurate, timely resolutions. You will manage a high volume of inquiries, leveraging various resources to identify client needs, clarify complex information, and research issues effectively.

Your day will involve building sustainable relationships by providing best-in-class service and acting as a guide for clients through onboarding processes, application statuses, and vehicle dispatches. You will also be responsible for educating clients on how to utilize our client-facing tools, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. Every decision and behavior you make will keep client satisfaction at the core.
