Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments through our acquisition, development, construction, and property management services. We are seeking a Leasing Professional for our team at Taryn at 401, a new development comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments in Raleigh, NC. Visit Taryn at 401.

As a Leasing Professional, you will be the face of JAG Management Company, creating a vital first impression for prospective residents. Your primary function is to lease apartments and manage the resident experience from the initial showing through move-in. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a customer service and sales environment, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

You will spend your day walking model units and showing apartments to prospective tenants, explaining lease terms and addenda, and processing applications. Beyond leasing, you will assist with marketing efforts by posting ads on platforms like Craigslist and other websites, while also handling resident relations and rental payments. Weekend hours are required to accommodate our community's schedule.
