Service Advisor

About the Role

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking repair services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final completion. You will be responsible for initiating and processing service requests, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers apprised of their vehicle's work progress.

As a Service Advisor, you will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to enhance their experience. You will also provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments, ensuring transparency and trust with every client.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
