About the Role

This position is a Field-based Senior Controls Technician role where the work is conducted on-site at customer locations. You will be responsible for the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of all new Trane Controls Systems projects. The role requires maintaining service contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

In this capacity, you will manage and schedule service contracts, assist project managers with client quotations, and provide training to customers. You will also coordinate preventive maintenance to keep costs within budget, review drawings and plans, and utilize software for service contract documentation and reporting. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as requested by the supervisor, along with required travel, is essential for success in this safety-sensitive role.
