About the Role

ECI is seeking a Project Manager to join our System Integration group in Cumberland, ME, or Augusta, ME. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, this senior-level role focuses on substation automation, protection and controls integration, and SCADA/data systems for utility and renewable energy projects.

In this position, you will support the design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of substation systems for PV, BESS, wind, and transmission/distribution facilities. You will serve as a technical leader, managing the integration of data concentrators, protection relays, meters, and communications systems while developing robust SCADA architectures. The role involves overseeing factory and site acceptance testing and providing field commissioning support. Beyond technical execution, you will apply engineering principles to manage projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, interact with clients, and mentor staff.
