About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our System Integration group in Cumberland, ME, or Augusta, ME. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, this senior-level role focuses on substation automation, protection and controls integration, and SCADA/data systems for utility and renewable energy projects.

In this position, you will support the design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of substation systems for PV, BESS, wind, and transmission/distribution facilities. The role involves integrating data concentrators, protection relays, meters, and networking equipment, as well as developing SCADA architectures. You will lead factory and site acceptance testing and provide field commissioning support. Beyond technical execution, you will apply engineering principles to manage projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, interact with clients, and mentor staff.
