As the compliance subject matter expert, you will influence product design from the earliest stages while partnering with engineering teams across the United States and Europe. Your work will be a blend of hands-on technical execution and strategic collaboration. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to hands-on regulatory compliance, product safety, and EMC testing activities. The remaining time is split between management duties and cross-functional project management, ensuring seamless alignment between design teams and certification goals.
You will spend significant time supporting safety agency testing and certification activities, utilizing your expertise in North American and European safety standards. Whether working on industrial equipment, scientific instrumentation, or laser systems, you will apply risk assessment methodologies to ensure products meet rigorous global requirements before reaching the market.
