The Senior Battery Systems Engineer will join our R&D organization to drive innovation in stationary energy storage solutions for the Product Engineering team. This role is located onsite in either Phoenix, AZ or Menasha, WI. You will lead system-level testing, create validation plans, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of integrated battery systems for UPS, C&I, and BESS applications.

This position requires onsite work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, though flexibility exists to meet business needs. Travel is expected at 5-10%. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time, other than the TN1 Visa for Canadians.
