As a Compliance Engineer focused on Product Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), you will play a key role in ensuring that our scientific and industrial products meet global regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Europe to guide certification efforts, support compliance strategies, and ensure adherence to evolving industry requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
In this position, you will engage in early-stage product development and design changes to ensure compliance readiness. Your work involves guiding engineering teams through certification processes across a diverse and complex product portfolio, applying strong knowledge of safety and EMC requirements and test methods for industrial and scientific equipment (UL, CSA, IEC, EN). You will also participate in design verification and safety agency testing, including hardware, software, and EMC validation, while staying current on industry trends to educate engineering teams on new and updated regulations.
