The Senior Assortment Planner serves as a strategic partner within Merchandising Operations, responsible for driving sales growth and inventory productivity through optimized product assortments. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that balance customer demand, space constraints, and inventory efficiency. This role is critical for evolving how we manage seasonal and promotional strategies, ensuring our offerings align with enterprise objectives and evolving market trends. You will work closely with Merchandising, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Channel teams to deliver assortments that maximize profitability and support our business objectives.
This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring four days in the office and one day of remote work to facilitate collaboration while maintaining flexibility.
