About the Team

Fanatics Tech is executing one of the most ambitious supply chain transformations in sports retail, rebuilding the technology backbone across product creation, merchandising, inventory, order management, sourcing, and fulfillment operations. At the center of this transformation is data: the need to make it trustworthy, AI-ready, and consumable across a rapidly expanding ecosystem of applications, agents, and decision-makers.

You will join a talented, experienced team of engineers, operators, and product leaders who are deeply energized by the scale of the challenge. This is a global operation spanning eCommerce, wholesale, and in-venue retail, with a partner network that continues to grow. You will be building the integration platform backbone behind the world's most passionate fan community.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDefine, build, and govern a portfolio of supply chain data products with documented consumers and SLAs
  • check_circleEstablish data contract models to govern how assets are accessed, versioned, and evolved across systems
  • check_circleExecute the roadmap for making supply chain data AI-ready through denormalization, cleansing, and annotation
  • check_circleGovern the AI agent ecosystem by defining access models, documentation standards, and quality guardrails
  • check_circleChampion data governance practices to ensure consistent standards, quality expectations, and certification workflows
  • check_circlePartner with engineering to establish observable data pipelines with embedded quality checks and anomaly detection
  • check_circleTranslate complex business problems into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics for engineering teams
  • check_circleServe as the primary product voice for BI and data products across supply chain domains without direct authority
  • check_circleDrive the semantic and ontology layer to ensure consistent enterprise metric definitions for AI consumption
  • check_circleOwn the BI and data product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution

Requirements

  • verified6–10 years of product management experience
  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • verifiedWorking familiarity with at least two Supply Chain domains (inventory, order management, sourcing, or warehouse/fulfillment)
  • verifiedWorking knowledge of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT patterns
  • verifiedFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
  • verifiedExperience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Familiarity with adjacent supply chain domains such as product creation/PLM or merchandise planning. Proficiency with Snowflake cloud data platform.
