About the Role
The Staff Customer Operations Analyst is a key member of the Customer Operations team, serving as a bridge between strategic direction and operational execution. This role exists to envision and execute the strategic direction set by senior management across inventory and operations, ensuring adequate inventory levels support customer service targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
In this position, you will leverage data and ERP systems to influence decisions, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams, and drive improvements in supply continuity. You will analyze business patterns to formulate recommendations, troubleshoot database issues, and design data processing automations. The role requires a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities, address challenges professionally, and champion new processes that inspire broader organizational improvements.
