The Senior Applications Specialist serves as a critical subject matter expert and liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders for the North America Division. This role is dedicated to the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information and Payroll Systems (HRIS). You will ensure these systems not only meet immediate organizational needs but also support broader strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with enterprise HR and Payroll platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.
