About the Role
The Senior Applications Specialist serves as a critical subject matter expert and liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders for the North America Division. This role is dedicated to the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information and Payroll Systems (HRIS). You will ensure these systems not only meet immediate organizational needs but also support broader strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with enterprise HR and Payroll platforms, coupled with a strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HRIS modules and enhancements
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related projects, upgrades, and integrations

- check_circleMaintain system data integrity through audits, validations, and regular quality checks
- check_circleDevelop and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leaders

- check_circleDocument system processes, workflows, and user guides for internal stakeholders

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 4-5 years of experience as an HR Professional, HRIS or HR Generalist
- verifiedB.S. Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline required
- verifiedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2009 experience preferred
- verifiedADP WFN HCM system administration experience preferred
Nice to Have
One to two years of project management experience and systems implementation experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2009 experience. ADP WFN HCM system administration experience.
