As a Human Resources Representative at our Reno Branch, you will be the backbone of our people operations. This role exists to support our employees and ensure the successful selection and onboarding of top talent. You will collaborate closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to drive these initiatives forward.
Your day will involve managing benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave. You will also lead workplace policy and employee conduct reviews while maintaining functional knowledge of federal, state, and local legal regulations. Beyond administrative duties, you will actively participate in job fairs, community activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
