The Benefits Coordinator is the central point of support for the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programs. This role exists to ensure that our team members receive timely, accurate, and compliant support regarding their medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. You will collaborate with internal and external business partners to manage enrollments, handle COBRA administration, and assist with disability-related processes.
In this position, you will be the first line of defense for employee inquiries, guiding team members through eligibility, coverage, and enrollment procedures. Your work ensures data consistency between our HRIS and carrier systems, supports routine billing activities, and helps maintain the integrity of our benefits records. You will play a key role in open enrollment activities and new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members.
