As a Human Resources Coordinator II, you will serve as a key partner in developing, implementing, and administering the Employee Recognition Program and Education Reimbursement Program. This role is designed to help build a positive workplace culture through consistent demonstration of respect, integrity, and inclusivity.
In this position, you will coordinate all aspects of employee recognition, including service awards, retirements, and special events. You will collaborate with various departments to identify outstanding performance and draft communications to promote these initiatives. Additionally, you will support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program and Training and Development functions, ensuring that employee engagement activities are executed with precision and care.

The hiring authority will interview and select the successful candidate from a referral list provided by Human Resources.
