About the Role
The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. This role is critical for leading the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will operate with minimal supervision, guiding and mentoring junior team members while ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth. The position involves overseeing testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing production support to ensure the stable, high-quality, and timely delivery of complex enterprise-scale applications.

Requirements

Nice to Have
SAP experience. Solid hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity. Deep knowledge of one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance, etc.). Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP) for application customization. Experience with various pipelines. Experience with data migration strategies and large-scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.
