About the Role

The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. This role is critical for leading the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will act as a key driver in ensuring solutions are built for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth, operating with minimal supervision while guiding and mentoring junior team members.

In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of cross-functional applications, from design and configuration to testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. The day-to-day involves collaborating with business partners, technical peers, and vendors in multi-functional global teams to ensure configurations align with business requirements and best practices. You will maintain an open channel of communication with stakeholders, prioritizing incident tickets and user requests to drive timely resolutions and maintain system stability.
