We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our Wealth Management team, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of the Charles River Development (CRD) platform. This role is critical for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our trading and portfolio optimization workflows. You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and business requirements, leading the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements from initial design through deployment and ongoing support.
In this position, you will work directly with Portfolio Engineering teams to configure Manager and Central Work Bench environments, manage complex integration workflows, and ensure Start-of-Day readiness for our trading systems. The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, including Equities and Fixed Income, as well as the ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications and technical diagrams.
This position is based in Camas, WA, Plano, TX, or Tampa, FL. The work model requires an initial 90-day period of on-site presence, followed by a hybrid schedule of one day per week from home. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or hold a Green Card.
