About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in Andover, MA, to own our web presence and drive key modernization efforts. You will play a central role in maintaining and enhancing our production websites built in Vue.js and React, as well as the Presto application—a JavaScript-heavy UI that provides a modern front-end for our IBM i Power 10 system.
Looking ahead, you will design and build new WebApps to decouple the UI from legacy Java back-ends. Beyond hands-on engineering, this position serves as a technical leadership role for a small three-person team. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring developers, setting technical standards, and fostering a culture of quality while remaining a hands-on contributor.
