About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support enterprise digital banking and internal application testing efforts. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability and quality of our web and mobile platforms. You will focus heavily on automation testing and framework development, working closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to elevate our software quality standards.

In this position, you will be the bridge between development and quality assurance. Your day-to-day involves designing and maintaining automated test scripts, executing complex functional and regression tests, and analyzing technical requirements to build effective test scenarios. You will collaborate directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, track defects through resolution, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement across the Quality Assurance organization.
