ECLARO is seeking a Temp Senior Automation Engineer for a leading client in the Financial Services industry. This client is one of the largest mutual life insurance companies in the US, providing long-term care insurance, mutual funds, and retirement-plan services. This temporary role is designed for a seasoned automation engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality engineering.
In this position, you will operate within a collaborative, fast-paced POD structure consisting of 4–5 POD leaders and general testers. The team places a strong emphasis on leadership, mentorship, and innovation. You will be expected to design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and conduct performance testing. Beyond technical execution, a key part of this role involves mentoring junior engineers, defining test strategies with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Experience in life insurance, finance, or related industries. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and cloud-native tools. Experience with BrowserStack or similar cloud services. Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a POD structure. Experience with low code solutions such as TOSCA and MABL.
