UI Developer - React

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to lead a team of eight UI developers in Columbus, Ohio. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and team leadership. The role is split 60% hands-on development and 40% lead responsibilities, requiring you to guide design discussions, mentor team members, and actively participate in the full software lifecycle.

In this position, you will oversee the successful delivery of functional products by applying your expertise in UI development to design, build, test, deploy, and enhance web applications. You will serve as a key resource within a large-scale environment, working across multiple operating systems and infrastructure to support firm-wide projects. As a recognized leader in Agile frameworks, you will cultivate a high-performing team while staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies to influence their application in support of business goals.
