About the Role
Maximus seeks a Senior Front-End Developer to build accessible, high-performing web applications that power critical health and human services. In this role, you will partner with IT & Digital Solutions teams to design and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using React or similar frameworks. Your work will directly impact public sector clients by delivering innovative and reliable digital services.
You will collaborate closely with UX designers, back-end engineers, and product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into performant user experiences. Beyond development, you will champion front-end best practices, code quality, and testing standards while mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence. This position is ideal for a developer passionate about accessibility and compliance who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of those served by government programs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications for public sector solutions

- verifiedCertified Scrum Developer (CSD) or similar Agile certification (preferred)
- verifiedAWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent cloud certification (preferred)
- verifiedCertification in accessibility (e.g., IAAP CPACC) is a plus
Nice to Have
