Senior AEM Developer — New York, NY at Next Gen

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to lead a critical digital transformation program for a major client. This long-term, full-time role is based in New York or Downtown Dallas, TX, requiring a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite. As a passionate technologist, you will serve as the primary in-house expert, guiding architectural decisions and implementing cutting-edge solutions for a large corporate website.

In this position, you will act as a lead developer within a collaborative Agile SCRUM team. Your day-to-day involves designing and building extensible, scalable Java-based applications on the Adobe Experience Management (AEM) platform. You will be responsible for creating custom OSGi components, developing Touch UI components, and configuring dispatcher environments. Beyond core development, you will prepare detailed technical designs for templates and services layers, ensuring seamless integration with marketing, analytics, and personalization tools.
