About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer with strong financial and banking domain experience to lead a critical digital transformation program for a major client. This role is designed for a passionate technologist who thrives on developing and managing cutting-edge applications within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem.
As the primary in-house expert, you will serve as the lead AEM developer on a multi-developer team, responsible for implementing a large-scale corporate website. Your mission is to architect robust solutions that balance technical excellence with business requirements, effectively communicating AEM considerations to stakeholders during the requirements phase. You will prepare detailed technical designs for templates, custom components, and service layers, ensuring the development of extensible and scalable Java-based applications.

You will join a collaborative development environment that follows Agile SCRUM methodologies. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a team setting, leveraging your expertise in OSGi, Sling, and Java/J2EE to drive the project forward. While deep technical proficiency is essential, your ability to collaborate and mentor within a multi-developer team is equally vital.
Location & Work Model
This is a hybrid role based in either New York or Downtown Dallas, TX. The position requires an onsite presence 4 days per week to facilitate close collaboration with the team and client stakeholders.
