About the Role

AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for Strategic ISV Sales to lead and expand the business. This role is designed for a talented individual with the business savvy to lead a cross-functional team that includes specialists, solution architects, and product and partner teams to deliver business growth for AWS and our ISV customers.

You will own the strategic relationship with a portfolio of Strategic ISV customers, developing comprehensive strategies for customer adoption and AWS service deployment. Success in this role requires creative systems thinking and the ability to build relationships throughout the account, collaborating across all levels from C-suite executives to engineering and product management. Working hand-in-hand with AWS resources—including executives, partners, support teams, and solution architects—you will champion customer interests while balancing business objectives. You will drive the adoption of AWS's full suite of services and execute collaboratively with extended teams to address the full spectrum of ISV customer needs.
