About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. This role is accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. You will handle large, complex cases while leveraging subject matter expertise in client services, coordination, and insurance processing to ensure a superior customer experience.

In this position, you will manage overall team operations and client coordination. You will coach and prioritize assistance for Account Associates, review workloads, and assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments. Your focus will be on troubleshooting issues, helping clients make well-informed decisions, and driving high client retention and referrals.
