As a Sprinkler Service Foreman, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the installation, service, and troubleshooting of automatic fire sprinkler systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role exists to ensure project completion meets strict deadlines, safety standards, and financial budgets while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.
You will direct the daily activities of fitters and helpers, coordinating schedules and delegating tasks to fulfill project goals. Your day involves overseeing trenching and underground main repairs, managing inventory on service vehicles, and ensuring all equipment is installed in strict compliance with manufacturer requirements. A key part of your mission is to mentor apprentices and helpers, training them in basic service and installation processes while maintaining open communication with customers and internal teams.

Education: Minimum education of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
American Fire Sprinkler Association training program designed for fire sprinkler foreman. Certified state/federally-accredited Foreman. State Backflow testing and repair certification. Forklift and scissor lift certification. Nicet II & III certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fire sprinkler helper. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fire sprinkler apprentice/fitter.
