About the Role
You will be a vital part of our service team, performing essential service, repairs, and inspections on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Your work will cover a wide range of systems, including wet back flow, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
In this role, you will follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures, utilizing technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and schematics to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency. You will electronically complete service requests with proper coding and obtain customer signatures, while participating in a scheduled on-call rotation to meet the needs of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments, from hospitals to data centers, ensuring the safety of mission-critical operations.
