This position is designed for a professional who can represent and cover Spine surgical cases with efficiency and effectiveness. You will serve as a critical bridge between our surgical instruments and the medical professionals who use them, succinctly articulating the proper use of implants to surgeons, nurses, and sales representatives.
In this role, you will maintain a high and increasing knowledge of our instruments, implants, surgical techniques, and procedures. Your day-to-day involves managing inventory, processing instrument sets and paperwork promptly, and staying informed on new products and competitive activity. You will support the territory as needed by Sales Representatives and Managers, assisting in the execution of Local, Regional, and National Medical Education events.
Candidates are evaluated based on their clinical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to build rapport. The selection process focuses on finding a strong team player who can work harmoniously with a diverse workforce and handle the physical demands of the operating room environment.
