Our mission—to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life—unites a global team of 95,000+ passionate people. We are engineers at heart, putting ambitious ideas to work to generate real solutions for real people. From the R&D lab to the factory floor, we experiment, create, build, improve, and solve.
As one of three comprehensive portfolios at Medtronic, Neuroscience is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. Our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) operating unit advances surgical care for spine and cranial conditions through an integrated ecosystem of implants, navigation, robotics, imaging, and planning tools. Platforms like AiBLE enhance precision, efficiency, and outcomes for complex procedures worldwide.
The Clinical Consultant II, Enabling Technologies serves as a vital bridge between Medtronic's cutting-edge technology and the healthcare professionals who use it. In this field-based role, you will provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers. You will build and maintain solid customer relationships, deliver training at all levels, and act as the primary liaison for repair and technical support issues.
A day in your life involves driving to multiple accounts throughout your territory to support on-site installations, represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures, and maintain system hardware and software. You will educate physicians, hospital personnel, and internal teams on technical matters, ensuring that surgical teams can maximize the performance of our navigation and robotic-assisted surgery products. This role requires autonomy, as you will often work efficiently with little direction while outside of clinical events.
