About Medtronic

At Medtronic, we lead global healthcare technology and boldly attack the most challenging health problems facing humanity. Our mission—to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life—unites a global team of 95,000+ passionate people. We are engineers at heart, putting ambitious ideas to work to generate real solutions for real people. From the R&D lab to the factory floor, we experiment, create, build, improve, and solve.

About the Team: Neuroscience & CST

As one of three comprehensive portfolios at Medtronic, Neuroscience is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with neurological disorders, spine conditions, and chronic pain. Our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) operating unit advances surgical care for spine and cranial conditions through an integrated ecosystem of implants, navigation, robotics, imaging, and planning tools. Platforms like AiBLE enhance precision, efficiency, and outcomes for complex procedures worldwide.

About the Role

The Clinical Consultant II, Enabling Technologies serves as a vital bridge between Medtronic's cutting-edge technology and the healthcare professionals who use it. In this field-based role, you will provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers. You will build and maintain solid customer relationships, deliver training at all levels, and act as the primary liaison for repair and technical support issues.

A day in your life involves driving to multiple accounts throughout your territory to support on-site installations, represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures, and maintain system hardware and software. You will educate physicians, hospital personnel, and internal teams on technical matters, ensuring that surgical teams can maximize the performance of our navigation and robotic-assisted surgery products. This role requires autonomy, as you will often work efficiently with little direction while outside of clinical events.

Hiring Process

We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on 29 May 2026. To be considered, please ensure your resume clearly evidences the minimum requirements. For more information on our culture and inclusion efforts, please visit our Inclusion & Diversity page or connect with us on LinkedIn.

Equal Opportunity & Culture

We seek out and hire a diverse workforce at every level. We need fresh ideas and inclusive insights to continue being an innovative industry leader, which is why we make it a point to attract and develop employees who represent the same wide variety of life experiences as our patients.

It is the policy of Medtronic to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
