About the Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will spearhead market share growth in the Industrial OEM Performance Unit. You will serve as a strategic resource to customers and the industry team, managing and expanding key accounts within the rapidly evolving IT cooling industry. Your focus will be on building powerful customer relationships and executing growth strategies that expand Grundfos's footprint in this sector.
You will operate remotely from your home office, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in the US. This role involves developing long-term purchasing agreements and acting as a mentor to elevate the sales capability of the broader Industrial team.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive market share growth by implementing the Grow/Win process for targeted OEM customer groups
- check_circleDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and target accounts
- check_circleConduct competitive market analysis and due diligence to identify new business development opportunities
- check_circleProvide Account Planning training and mentorship to other team members on the Industrial team
- check_circleMaintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunity pipelines for bi-weekly leadership reviews
- check_circleContribute to advantageous pricing structures and mutually beneficial process improvements within key accounts
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline OR equivalent work experience
- verifiedValid driver's license and passport
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- verified5+ years of Industrial OEM sales experience in temperature control applications (preferred)
- verifiedKnowledge of pumps, pumping systems, dosing systems, and disinfection equipment (preferred)
Nice to Have
5+ years of Industrial OEM sales experience in temperature control applications or equivalent. Knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, dosing systems, and disinfection equipment. Understanding of profit and loss accounting and organizational revenue flow.
