As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will spearhead market share growth in the Industrial OEM Performance Unit, specifically within the rapidly evolving IT cooling industry. This role exists to build powerful customer relationships and execute growth strategies that expand Grundfos' footprint in the sector. You will serve as a strategic resource to both the Customer and Industry Team, managing and expanding key accounts while developing long-term purchasing agreements.
In this position, you will operate remotely from your home office anywhere in the US. Your day-to-day involves driving revenue growth through the Grow/Win process, conducting competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities, and mentoring team members on account planning. You will also contribute to advantageous pricing structures and process improvements within global agreement frameworks.

5+ years of Industrial OEM sales experience in temperature control applications or equivalent. Knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, dosing systems, and disinfection equipment. Understanding of profit and loss accounting and organizational revenue flow.
