As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will spearhead market share growth in the Industrial OEM Performance Unit. You will be the strategic face of Grundfos in the rapidly evolving IT cooling industry, managing and expanding key accounts while developing long-term purchasing agreements. This role exists to build powerful customer relationships and execute growth strategies that expand our footprint in the sector.
You will serve as a strategic resource to both the Customer and the Industry Team, leveraging your technical acumen to add real value in complex pump and cooling system applications. Beyond managing your own portfolio, you will contribute to the organization's success by providing Account Planning training and mentorship to other team members, elevating the overall sales capability of the Industrial team.
You will operate remotely from your home office, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in the US. Your day will involve driving market share growth by implementing the Grow/Win process for targeted OEM customer groups and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize Grundfos's share of wallet. You will conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, manage opportunity pipelines in the CRM, and prepare for bi-weekly reviews with leadership to ensure strategic alignment. Additionally, you will contribute to advantageous pricing structures and process improvements within key accounts and global agreement frameworks.
