About the Role
The Multi-Unit Manager serves as the leadership anchor for a defined group of retail locations in the Dayton Metro Area. This role is dedicated to driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performing, results-driven culture across all assigned stores. You will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and accountability of General Managers, ensuring that company standards are executed consistently while achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
In this position, you will partner with General Managers to identify performance gaps, implement actionable improvement plans, and develop leadership bench strength. Your day-to-day involves conducting regular store visits to ensure visual standards and brand presentation are met, analyzing business metrics to drive strategy, and collaborating with corporate partners to align on initiatives. You will also play a key role in talent development, working with HR and Merchandising to identify training needs and ensure teams are equipped to lead effectively.
