About the Role
As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, as well as functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Based on these evaluations, you will help determine treatment plans, perform interventions aimed at improving patient well-being, and track progress. You will work within the scope of state laws, coordinating with other healthcare team members to ensure patients can communicate effectively and participate in their own care.
