About the Role
As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, as well as functional training for communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Based on these evaluations, you will help determine treatment plans, perform interventions aimed at enhancing patient well-being, and track progress. You will work within the scope of state laws, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. This role offers a challenging environment with clear direction on success and opportunities for professional development.
