You will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, serving as a clinical resource for staff and students while modeling professional service delivery. This position is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist who can navigate high-acuity environments, with a strong preference for candidates who bring prior Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. Familiarity with the unique demands of neonatal care and a demonstrated ability to thrive in complex clinical settings will be highly valued.
In this role, you will integrate information from patients, families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your day-to-day involves conducting assessments, selecting appropriate intervention materials, and implementing plans that address both functional and emotional needs. You will collaborate closely with the medical team to communicate patient performance and recommend the next level of care, ensuring that documentation meets all regulatory and organizational standards.
