The Speech Language Pathologist II provides direct, patient, and family-centered care under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team. This role involves evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. You will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Additionally, you may participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.
