As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide 1:1 communication assessment and intervention to infants and toddlers in home and/or clinic-based settings. This role is designed for professionals seeking fulfillment in their careers, offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families.
You will work independently to deliver speech therapy while utilizing a family-centered approach that integrates parent coaching into every session. Beyond direct therapy, you will act as an advocate, providing parent education on developmental disabilities, promoting progress, and documenting clinical outcomes. The position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and regional center staff—to ensure comprehensive care. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical oversight to speech pathology students and participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings.
We offer a flexible work model with the ability to schedule your own caseload, built-in documentation time, and an option for hybrid assessment documentation (home + remote). While there are limited evening and weekend requirements, the role involves considerable travel within the community, primarily performing work in the client's home.
