You will serve as a vital partner to consumers and their support systems, working directly in home and community settings. Your day involves evaluating deficits, developing personalized exercise programs, and collaborating with case managers, families, and personal care assistants to ensure a cohesive approach to care. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, requiring you to stay current with the latest therapies while maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and professionalism in every interaction.
Our philosophy centers on effective service delivery that respects the unique needs of each consumer. You will be expected to implement Minds Matter LLC's core principles, ensuring that every therapy session contributes to the consumer's long-term success. This includes recommending environmental changes, designing adaptive equipment, and educating families on the consequences of brain injury and strategies for communication.
