Ensemble Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position based at school sites within Oakland, CA. We are particularly eager to welcome new graduates and Clinical Fellows who are ready to launch their careers in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will serve as a vital member of the student support team, working with children across a variety of disorders and deficits, including language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be responsible for conducting evaluations and treatments, attending IEP meetings, and collaborating closely with team members to track student progress. Your work will involve detailed documentation, including daily treatment notes, attendance logs, and comprehensive report writing.

You will have the opportunity to engage in continuous learning, exploring new treatment practices that benefit our clients while receiving mentorship as a Clinical Fellow or new graduate.
