ChanceLight is dedicated to improving lives and empowering students to reach their full potential. Our Healthcare & Medical Services team operates within a collaborative, nurturing culture that values compassion and professional growth. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to our staff, ensuring they have the resources needed to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young adults.
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders for children and young adults. Your work will be grounded in research-based interventions designed to address a wide range of needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, voice, social communication, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
You will not work in isolation; instead, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of teachers, behavior analysts, therapists, and administrators. Together, you will create individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs that reflect the unique needs of each student. A significant part of your day will involve supporting families through education and guidance, helping them understand communication strategies and behavior-sensitive approaches. Whether working in school or clinic environments, your goal is to foster a positive, student-centered culture where holistic care is the priority.
Candidates interested in this role should submit their application including their resume and relevant credentials. We review applications on a rolling basis and look forward to learning about your experience working with children and young adults with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges. Selected candidates will be invited to discuss their background and clinical approach in an interview setting.
